DESCRIPTION: Easily accessible combination of irrigated grass/hay, and fenced grassland. During the owner’s tenure, they have completed extensive improvements to the property. Very evident is the installation in the last 7 years of new perimeter plus some interior cross fencing. New fencing is on 5” posts set on 16’(or less) centers with 5 barbed wires.  Corners/deadmen are made of heavier posts. Factory made gates are like new, are placed in the fences to be handy for the operator, and vary in size from 4’ to 20’.  The land away from the buildings slopes both from the east line, and the west line.
